This track has a dope story behind it. Thissongslaps.com asked and received a trap track made by Phoenix based artist Luminox. Pretty cool of the guy to do so. Check out this track, it’s pretty steady all the way through, not too many extreme chill or banger parts, but not too be missed.

RL Grime is back at it again, This time, a EDM classic by Benni Bennassi “Satisfaction” has been transformed into a “trap” remix. Trap Music, if you haven’t heard, is broadly described as Electro-constructed sound with a dirty south trap beat. BrainlessBeats first posted about RL Grime when his notrious collaberation with Salva, a track that has seemed to put the two on the map. Anyway I’m happy for RL Grime and the EDM trap scene. It’s very exciting to see a new genre birth and grow in front of your eyes and RL Grime is getting taken for the ride.

I havn’t posted a mashup in a while, so I guess now is a good time! This mashup come to you from 9th -Exit. The order and atmosphere of this Skrillex remix is excellent. If no one has heard Skrillex before this would be a good way to introduce them to it. The track can get a little nerve-racking , but if you are super into him, this track is for you.

The Marley ‘s have been getting more popular in the dubstep remix world,  GRiZ has done a good job of making the electronic sounds heavy but still chill. He has a keen sense of balance. Welcome to Jamrock (GRiZ Remix) has great reggae verses with slowed, chilled out drums . A good choice for dubstep lovers who are looking for a laid back feel.

This is my first post and I think this is a big one. A fresh track from Childish Gambino. We haven’t heard from Glover in a while but I think this song makes it well worth the wait. Beck, an unlikely feature, spits a great verse. His melancholy voice and slight off beat words bring a refreshing style of rapping to the table. His voice distortions were fun too. Gambino follows with a awesome verse, one of my favorites now. Check it out and grab the download!

Madeon has done it  agian.  This  17 year old electronic  producer started his career with the sucessful Pop Culture youtube video. From there on he  has a  been a sensational source of upbeat, poppy, electronic music. Finale has more a  of dramatic twist too it, the same style that Ivan  Gough’s  In My Mind has. Unfortunatly it is not  for download (I  Couldn’t find a link!) but enjoy the track non the less.
