There’s one word that comes to mind when I imagine SAVOY; intelligent. There music is always far from boring, the songs do not sound similar, and all of it is fantastic! Their new EP ‘Three Against Nature’ has hard hitting stuff like ‘Say Yes’ but also includes funkadelic music like ‘Make Me Feel Good.’ The EP is out May 23rd of FREE via Savoyband.com
. SAVOY – Three Against Nature (Preview) | Stream Only (Until May 23rd)
Tracklist:
1. Say Yes
2. Make Me Feel Good
3. I Wouldn’t Mind
4. You & I
.
. Next is Kaskade, after he settled down from his Dodgers Tweet battle, he uploaded a new preview entitled ‘Atmosphere’ out June 10th. Kaskade’s online personality and producing style always surprises me. He is as geeky as Hunter Moore, but makes the most nostalgic progressive music.
I’m finally back from the three day Hangout Music Festival. It was life changing to say the least. :)
The line up was awesome. It was a perfect balance of a diverse group of artists. From reggae to indie to rock to dubstep, the perfect blend on the beach gave way to memorable moments that 35,000 people will never forget. I went camping and that was definatly the best choice. A little hot but being around nature for the whole weekend was the perfect choice. Nothing bad happened and the weather was perfect. The food was great and everyone was in a great mood and having a good time. I honestly thought that this would be my last festival, but I am defiantly going again next year.

First, Kaskades Teenage Dream Remix. I found the track after I downloaded the deluxe album of Teenage Dream. It is a very light and relativlely intamite track. Very easy to listen to and enjoy. Kaskade always knows how to but fresh trance fixes on good tracks.
Next is the Official Remix of Last Friday Night. The intro is just amazing, a poppy yet heavy beat. As soon as I heard it I knew it was gold. Missy Elliot throws down too. Just trust me, listen to this track.
This new Kaskade track has been climbing the charts lately. It looks like he released this live and then made and a officialy studio edit. It’s very ambient, very house like and deep. Call out Epic may be a little too much for some to handle, but his true fans will be very interested in this.
What a graceful progressiv e trance track. This track will definatly be found on Deadmau5′s upcoming album. The Veldt feat. Chris James is track for fans of Kaskade’s Fire & Ice album. It feels you with the soothing, ecstasy, not a care in the world, feeling. Just go with the flow. I have to respect Deadmau5 wishing and not have this track for download, sorry guys.
What a combination! I never would of expected all three of these artist would get together like this. Yet, the mix is amazing. It’s a simple song but chill, fun song. There senusal female voice brought to you by Kaskade, some hard rap by Waka and some chill vocals by The Cataracs.
As soong as I discovered Kaskade’s Fire & Album I was in love, seriously.”Eye’s” and “Room For Happiness” moved me in way I never thought possible. This track is a bit different from the albums style. It mixes dirty electronic with heavy house synths. The track is very extended, letting you enjoy every moment Kaskade has to offer.
I’m in love with Kaskade, so I’m sensitive toward the remixes made of their tracks. Even though this track turns a soft house/trance track into sick dubstep, Feature Cuts in no way destroyed its greatness. He used the small vocal sample in the first few seconds of the , original track and mixes it heavily. The build up is great , the drop is melodic, and the bridges are trippy. The decay effect is cranked up to 11 on this one, makes it that much easier to sink into and get lost in an electronic collage.
